Negative Perceptions

September 16, 2008

Question for Discussion:

If we are honest as Christians, we will come to the conclusion that Christianity has not always had the greatest image. In fact Christianity has an image problem; more and more 16-29 year old have negative perceptions of Christianity.

How can the Church change the negative perceptions of Christianity in our culture?

Comments
We need to use media, art and design to project positive messages or at least to balance all the negative coverage that the unchristian media is telling the world. We are good people with good intentions, but we are still human. What are we telling the world? Are we still using overhead projectors? They do just that - project over heads. Better yet, the best thing would be to stop 'going' to church and start 'being' the Church. The only Bible some people will ever read is you!
